Welcome to Chatburn Parish Council

Chatburn Village is a conservation area in the Ribble Valley electoral ward.  It lies north east of Clitheroe adjacent to the A59, close to Pendle Hill and in 2011 the population was 1102. The Parish Council is the trustee of the village hall which was gifted to Chatburn in 1948.

The Council meets monthly, with the exception of August, at 7.30pm in the Village Hall, Downham Road. There is a 15 minute public participation period during which residents are given the opportunity to raise issues and any matters of concern with the Council.
